Our unique, top of the line offerings were developed in years of hands-on “live” experience and continuous fine tuning of our offering of top quality bagels, baking goods and coffee to our discriminate customers.
In Superior Taste café (both o­n-line and break & mortar store), you will find

Superior Taste's bagels are genuine, New York water bagels.
We make them the traditional, authentic way, starting with the purest, highest quality ingredients No preservatives or oils added:
high gluten wheat flour, fresh (never powdered) yeast, brown sugar, salt and
of course New York’s water - delivering the bagels Superior Taste
are known for, for over 16 years.
Bagels are water kettle boiled (not steamed) and are baked in small batches all day long o­n a stone-hearth (not a rack) so they baked evenly and get the
authentic crunch crust o­n the outside and a dense, chewy texture o­n the inside …
