RETURNS
All products available at SuperiorTaste.com are of the highest quality.
We give a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise,
you can return any unopened product to us within 30 days of the date of order.
We try to make returning a purchase as simple for you as possible.
If the return is due to our error - all charges will be refunded in full!
If the return is from any other reason, we will refund you the full cost of the unopened item
excluding the shipping, handling, insurance charges.
If the order was shipped free,
actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling fees and insurance charges for returned merchandise.
To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:

Upon receipt, the contents of the package(s) should be checked carefully for 
damaged or missing items.
All claims for
damaged or missing items must be submitted within five (5) days of package receipt.

You can send an
e-mail to receive your Return Authorization number (RA#).
SuperiorTaste.com will honor return requests via email 
within 30 days of the purchase.

Upon receipt of your email, you will receive your
Return Authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address.

Please write the RA # o­n the package`s shipping label and also o­n the original invoice.
Any returns without the RA # will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges.
All returns must include a return address and phone number.

You must ship the unopened products in their original packaging.
The shipment should be
prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.

Please send the product you are returning with the enclosed materials and additional items (if any) you received with your order, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.

Please note that a return may
void a multiple purchase and/or shipping discount. Please note that SuperiorTaste.com cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued.
Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

Refunds will be issued as follows: If you paid by check or bank wire transfer,
SuperiorTaste.com will issue you a check in the amount of
the full price of the item excluding delivery charges.
Or if you paid by credit, you will be credited o­n your credit card.
If you would like to receive a Store Credit for your return, please
e-mail us.
